Hi,

This is a nice room in a nice house.
The room has a bed, dresser, desk and chair, and a lamp. Good sized closet.
The house is fully furnished too.  Washer/dryer in the house. (Free, not coin operated)
It's an easy move in.

The house has 5 bedrooms and the other college women are mostly art majors.  Friendly, easy going, into keeping the place clean (without being crazy about it), into having a comfortable home atmosphere.

The house is walking distance to campus. 
There's also off street parking and a garage for storage.
There's a big back yard, a large deck with gas grill and patio furniture.
But no pets or smoking.

The kitchen is fully stocked.  The living room is huge and has windows all around.
It really is a lovely house.

Rent is $600 a month plus your 1/5 of the utilities.

The room is available now and no rent for November.  You can move in when the dorms close on the 26th, or take it for Spring starting Jan 1st.

This is currently an all male house.  I imagine a guy would feel most comfortable.
But last year we had a female who wanted to live with all guys.  Said she she didn't want drama. (Her words - I don't personally subscribe to that stereotype).  And the year before we had a single female who said she grew up with brothers and liked the vibe. So everyone welcome.
You have your own room for privacy, but a house full of friendly housemates for instant community.

Room is 8 by 10 plus a separate good sized closet. It comes furnished with a full size bed, a dresser, a desk and chair, and a lamp.  Built-in bookcases.

House has a sun room.  A LARGE living room with windows all around. Big kitchen with maple cabinets, and along with a sink, stove, and fridge (of course) there's a dishwasher and a microwave. Also a pantry.  Laundry room - washer and dryer are not coin operated.  Free for housemates.
There are three full bathrooms (including one with a Jacuzzi) so no waiting.

Outside there's a garage plus plenty of off-street parking.  But leave your car at home.  The house is across the street from campus.
Also a shed for storing bikes.
And a BIG back yard with a fire pit, a gas grill, and patio furniture.

Large basement currently set up for music making.

Living room has couches, dinning room has tables and chairs, kitchen has plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and utensils, and a bunch of appliances - coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.

It's an easy move in.

Housemates are serious about their studies and keeping the place nice, but also very friendly and easy going, and would welcome you.
