Living rooms have furniture.
Kitchens have complete cooking utensils, etc.

Cheaper than the dorms, closer to classes than many dorms, better than the dorms.
Large house is directly across the street from campus.
Plenty of off street parking plus a garage for storage or to park your bikes.
Big back yard where everything blooms. There's a firepit plus a gas grill and patio furniture. Life is good.
Enter through the beautiful sun room.
Living room is huge and comfortable, with lots of windows.
Large eat-in kitchen with two sink areas includes a dishwasher and microwave.
House has three full bathrooms (one of which has a jacuzzi) so never a wait.
Laundry room has a washer and dryer.  They are free for your convenience, not coin operated.
Bedrooms are good sized and have closets and good natural light from nice windows.
Living room has couches and chairs, kitchen has cooking utensils and plates and silverware etc.
It's an easy move in.

Rooms are $700 to $825. 
I can work with you around financial aid.

Come with your group or as an individual.
