The three other housemates are female and art majors, but any gender welcome for this room.
House is lovely.  Bedroom has bed, desk, chair, lamp, and dresser.
Has 2 full bathrooms so never a wait.  Free washer and dryer.
Large Kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and microwave.
Giant living room with 3 walls of windows.
Large backyard, 3 decks with gas grill and patio furniture.
Off street parking. Storage.
House is fully furnished.  It's an easy move in.

Rent is $600 plus share utilities - about $75 a month each.  August to August lease.
