I have one unfurnished room left in a 4 room shared apartment, with a shared bath.  Other three rooms are rented by males. Single occupancy only, no smoking/vaping/candles.

I will work with you on your financial aid payments. Unlike others who make you sign a whole year lease, we start your lease the weekend before class begins, and ends may 30th, saving you almost 3 months of rent! We will also try and help you find part time work if you need it.
