$700 + reasonable utilities ($25). Some rooms are furnished (Beds/table/chairs/etc) but are on a first come/first serve basis.

I will work with you on your financial aid payments. Unlike others who make you sign a whole year lease, we start your lease the weekend before class begins, and ends may 30th, saving you almost 3 months of rent! We will also try and help you find part time work if you need it.
