1st floor has Kitchen, Dining Room, 3 Bedrooms and a full Bathroom
2nd floor has Living Room, 3 Bedrooms, and a full Bathroom

Bedroom that's available is upstairs.  It's good sized, about 9 by 14.  It has windows on two sides. 
It's a pleasant room that's quiet and light filled.

House is furnished.  Kitchen has pots and pans, Dining Room has table and chairs, Living Room has couches, etc.
For bedroom I provide bed, dresser, desk, chair, and a lamp.

It's an easy move in.

Folks love living here. It's in "downtown" New Paltz. Near the crazy streets around the public library with all the cute shops and the bars, restaurants, and music venues.

It's a well functioning house.
The housemates are very nice and would make you feel welcome.
