I am looking for a roommate for a 2 BR apartment walking distance to town and the college in New Paltz. I am a graduate student and a teacher in the area so I am looking for someone that does not party too much on the weekdays. I would prefer a lame roommate but i can make anything work. I am a 24 year old male. Very clean! The place I am looking at would be 1125 a month and utilities on top. Let me know!
