I have one unfurnished room left in a 4 room shared apartment, with a shared bath.  Other three rooms are rented by males. Single occupancy only, no smoking/vaping/candles.


This is a unique opportuity to have a place 2 minutes from Starbucks and 4 minutes to campus.

Rental period is from January 1-may 30, 2023.

What's included: rent includes basic utilities, heat and hot water. Usage of AC units, mini fridges, and other high drain electronics are not included
