One, two, or three furnished or unfurnished bedrooms are available April 1st, May 1st, or June 1st for one year in a female house share.  $725-$750 per room per person per month including all utilities.

The location is within a ten-minute walk to campus and a five-minute walk to the grocery store and shops on Main St.

Heat, hot water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included.  Features include a washer / dryer, off-street parking, bicycle storage, yard access, yard maintenance, snow removal, and weekly garbage and recycling pickup.

No pets, no smoking, and no parties. Looking for responsible and respectful housemates.
