Looking for a 5th roommate!

The apt is a 5 bed, 1 bath. It is right behind the old library at New Paltz. Very convenient for those who don't have a car. There is no in house laundry. The room we are looking to fill is a bit smaller than the others, but has a discounted rate. All utilities are included. The only added expense is wifi which we will all split equally.  No pets are allowed, but there is plenty of parking!

We 4 girls living in this apt. We are all clean, friendly, organized and responsible. We are students at SUNY New Paltz! 3 of us will be juniors and one will be a sophomore Fall 2022. Please let us know if you are interested
