Hi My Name is Ethan, I have posted on here before, but I am looking for someone to join me and my friend in a 3 bedroom house for next year. The Lease starts in June, rent is 650 a month plus electric and internet! I work full time and my friend is a senior at SUNY. We are both laid back and are looking for someone who is the same! House is a 20 minute walk to campus, 5 minute drive! Free laundry on site, plenty of off street parking, nice backyard, and in a great neighborhood!
