     -2 with a lovely view of the Ridge and sunsets!
     - At least 1 bedroom already has a twin bed and small dresser
-1 full bathroom

Downstairs:
-Fully furnished!
-Kitchen (with a dining area)
-1 full bathroom
-On-site laundry (free, not coin-operated!)
-Living room (with couches, a coffee table, a TV, and a piano included!)
-Coat closet

Outside:
-A parking lot with 4 parking spots per house (there will be 3 available)
-A yard, surrounded by woods (this townhouse has more of a yard than any other unit and the view is great!)
-A yard swing
-Less than 10 minute walk from downtown/the bars

There is also a house cat here, he is extremely friendly and brings nothing but joy and laughter!
