Looking for a single room 8/1 or 9/1

Hi!
I'm a transfer student in his twenties looking for a room for the upcoming fall semester, beginning either the 1st of August or September.
I'm quiet and I don't party, but I've also lived in punk houses in the past (I've played in bands too) and cool with just about any place. Only needs to be within walking distance of the campus. Can supply any other info you'd want including references.
