Room available walking distance to SUNY New Paltz campus about 10-15 minutes for partial work exchange. It is in a non-smoking and clean environment with nice renovations. Electricity, heat, water, garbage disposal, lawn maintenance, off street parking and snow removal are included along with the separate laundry room and bike storage. Also, we have a small very sweet loving dog - doodle. The New Paltz loop bus stops in front of the property and it is free for students. My landlord is looking for people to fill up the house that I'm currently in. The house is walking distance to campus, as well as walking distance to town. The house has 7 rooms in total (although some are already taken), 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and it includes a washer & dryer!! This will be my second semester at this location, and was the best offer compared to all the other tiny rooms and locations all around New Paltz. The landlord doesn't live in NP, but if there's ever anything that needs to be fixed, he is right on it. The house is incredibly comfortable, definitely worth the price, and it's down a quiet road.
