Bedroom available for sublet on South Oakwood Terrace in a recently remodeled Upper Apartment. Looking to rent out the room for the summer, the dates will be negotiable (roughly June 1st - July 31st). The room is spacious, comes with three different closets, and is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. The apartment is shared with two other girls, includes two other bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The house is a three minute walk to the school buildings and a five minute walk into town.
I am looking for a respectful, environmentally and bodily conscious person to sublet this room.
