We are three sophomore going on junior women, whom are both fun and studious. We have a rabbit and a cat; they are both very friendly, loving, and litter-box trained. The living situation is ideal, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and a fireplace! The house is a five bedroom on Lookout ave, a 2 minute walk from SUNY New Paltz. The rent, utilities, and Wi-Fi total to a reasonable sum of 825/per month. The landlord is great and the house is perfect for anyone looking to live close to school as well as town and in a lovely space. The bedrooms are huge and the landlord allows for more than one person to a room, so if you would like to double with a friend or partner and split the rent you can!
