Roommate wanted for large bedroom near campus (Available May 1st)

Looking for a couple females to share unfurnished one bedroom in a two bed one bath apartment, (larger than most two people dorm rooms on campus).  Rent would be about 450 each, or 700 for one person. The location is incredible. The apartments are extremely nice. Looking for someone to move in by May 1st.

Comes with washer and dryer on premises, and great kitchen and spacious living area.
