I'm moving to New York in early 2016, and I'm looking for someone to sublet my huge bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. Rent is 533 a month. Utilities include $20 every month for Wifi, 40 every 2 months for electricity, and 30 every quarter for garbage removal. The utilities are not overwhelming*. Two beautiful closets IN the room, as well as another small cabinet for towels, linens, etc. Gorgeous Bathroom with a full tub/shower. Nice Kitchen, extra storage in Foyer. Covered Front Porch, full back deck. Enormous Garage available to keep extra belongings. Move-in date is completely negotiable, yet ideally I'd like to begin the sublet no later than February 15th. Can offer as early as January 1st. Location is behind snugs, kiddie corner from Bacchus. Traffic noise isn't terrible because it's off main street, and the proximity to town and campus is incomparable. Perfect location for a student w/ a social life. Current tenant is a Senior, great guy. LGBTQ friendly. Lease runs until May 31st. Ability to renew lease in June. (If you are looking with a friend, there are actually 2 rooms available in unit.)
