Cute one bedroom - looking for roommate for spring semester

I'm moving out, and need someone to take my place to share the apartment with my roommate. It's a cute apartment, fully furnished, and well taken care of. My roommate and I shared the bedroom, which has enough room to be comfortable in. It also has a big closet that we shared. There is also another large closet in the entrance, an eating table, couch, tv, a small, but cute kitchen, and of course the bathroom. The floors are carpeted and in great condition. Rent is $517 a month, and includes heat and hot water. The electric bill varies, but isn't a big cost, and my roommate and I split the cable/internet cost which can be discussed. **Partition can be discussed to give each person their own sleeping area** The apartment is located in Southside Apartments, which is right by campus, I walk to class everyday.
