Looking for a sublet for the spring 2016 semester! Room for rent in a upstairs apartment in a house. There is an apartment downstairs that houses three students and you would share upstairs apartment with three other SUNY New Paltz students. They are really friendly and nice. Room is a good size and is $600/mo all included: heat, electric, water, cable, etc. The room does not come furnished. The apartment is located near the West entrance to campus and is not a bad walk to school, about 15 minutes. The lease would start the first of January!
