My name's Terry, I am looking for a place for the Fall semester only (not a full year) as I am graduating at the end of Fall. Preferably a place that is decent walking distance of the campus and I don't really have a preference for rent price. I clean after myself, and I consider myself a low key person. I'm just looking for a place to live in the Fall so I can finish my undergrad!
