I'm Jackie, my friends: Samm & Nydia wants to live off campus with me next semester! We are friendly, clean, and respectful

We are looking for a 3 or 4 BR Apt/House (we have another friend who would be willing to live with us if we end up with a place with 4 BR)

We are looking to pay at most $680/month w/ utilities included!

We also prefer to live close to campus, at about or less than a 10 minute walk away.

No pets
Lease starts June 1st  it's a 1 yr lease
Rent includes all utilities except phone, internet and cable.
