One room left in 3rd floor apartment in historic village home within walking distance to SUNY. There are 3 rooms total in the apartment.  The remaining room is a large room with seasonal mountain views.  The rent is $650 and includes all utilities including Wi-Fi. The lease would be for one semester at a time only and the lease would begin August 1st even though August is underway. It is a furnished room with queen size bed. There is a private turreted porch that is screened in and also has seasonal mountain views- late autumn to late spring.  There is a moderate kitchen, dining area, storage space, full bathroom, central vac, lighted and keyed entry. The space is very centrally located and about a 5 - 10 minute walk to campus.  We are seeking a serious, non smoking student with no pets.  Transfer students are welcome. We do not allow parties and our students must adhere to a strict quiet time after 9pm in the evening because there is a business here as well as being an owner occupied property.  If you are more serious about your studies than partying this is the place for you.
