Transfer Looking for Housing

Hi! My name is Kathy and I'm going to be transferring to New Paltz in the fall as an accounting major. I'm technically a senior, but probably graduating late. I'm really easy going and have lived off campus previously. I don't mind having people over as long as my belongings are respected. My only pet peeve is the house being dirty.
