Looking for roommate/housing

Hey my name is  Kristen and I am going to be a junior next year and I am looking for a place to live off campus. I would prefer to have a place with utilities  included because that became an issue for me this school year in my current apartment. I am an art education major and easy to get along with. I don't have a preference on living with males or females considering a lot of my current friends are guys.
