2 affordable rooms available for spring semester

Hey everyone-

The house I'm living has two open spaces. It's two decent-sized rooms that are technically "one room" (They're connected by a door). It would be an ideal space for two friends who want to live with each other, but want a bit more privacy than is afforded by sharing a room.

The house itself is about a 10-15 minute walk to campus (Humanities), and is both isolated from the loud partying of main street, but close enough stay connected. It's a friendly, somewhat communal atmosphere, and rent is VERY affordable compared to most places in New Paltz.

Ideally we're looking for two people who want to move in, but if two single people are interested that works, too.
