Looking for a Spring room

Hello, I am a graduating senior looking for a room for the Spring semester. I am friendly, courteous, and responsible. I am taking six classes this semester while working two jobs, so I obviously understand the need for peace and quiet. At the same time, I'm looking for a place that will not be opposed to having some friends over from time to time. I am looking for somewhere with parking and preferable a furnished bedroom.
