Room for Rent - 5 Min Walking to Town/Campus Spring 2014

Hi,

I am renting my room out for the spring semester. It is a few blocks from campus and located right next to water street!

The room is in a 6 bedroom house that was built last year. The bedroom is upstairs and you would share a full spacious bathroom with 3 other girls (there is also another full bathroom downstairs if you need). It is a large, spacious room that come FULLY FURNISHED with mini fridge, full sized bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, and large two-door closet.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large pantry closet, coat closet, fully furnished living room and dining room.

The other girls in the house are super sweet!

There is a large driveway and parking lot if you have a car.

The rent is $675 and includes all utilities (even cable in your room!).
