20 yr old junior at SUNY New Paltz in search of a roommate in a two bedroom apt on North Front st. $625 a month each plus electric and internet. Lease is for a year and starts June 1st, my housemate is looking for someone to sublet to for the year. 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. 2 floors, but still small and cozy.
