Rent will be 575/month and includes price of room and all utilities including cable and internet.  The house has a garage for extra storage space, living room with fireplace furnished with couches and a TV, breakfast bar, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a large backyard with a deck and a grill as well. Worried about lawn and driveway maintenance? Don't be, the landlord has guys to take care of the lawn in the spring and summer and plow the driveway when it snows.
