4 Bedroom House for Fall 2013!

Hello!

My 3 friends and I are looking for a place to live for the Fall 2013 semester. We are all neat, studious, girls, and need a house within walking distance of campus since we all do not drive. We rent currently and take great care of our home, so we will do the same for the next place that we decide to live.

We are looking for something that includes utilities, and preferably starts in August, but if the lease starts earlier we can work around it/figure something out.

Hey, my name is Jenny and I just saw that you all need a place to live for 2013? Four of my girlfriends, including myself, have a place that we're looking at that is walking distance from campus and is reasonably priced. Our parents have checked it out too, so it's got their approval. Lol.. It fits seven people, so the four of us are looking for three responsible, easy to get along with girls and if y'all are interested, feel free to e-mail at jsclafani@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu.

We're kind of in a crunch time right now because our potential landlord wants a definite answer by Monday, January 21, (so sorry this is late notice) but he liked us and is willing to give us the house if we can find three more people. No rush in making a definite answer by Monday, but the sooner we hear from you, the better for possibly all of us! Hope to hear from you soon!
