I'm transfering to SUNY Albany and am looking for someone to take over my lease for a single room.  The house that the room is in is located in is in walking distance to the campus, conveniently located in town.  There is a large communal kitchen with several refrigerators, cabinets for storing food, enough bathrooms for everyone renting in the house.  Please contact
