Sublet avail. for Fall/spring

I'm looking to sublet my room...to the right person.  The sublet would be 10 months- spring/fall semesters.  Its a 3 br house, furnished (except your room).  Ample parking, quiet neighborhood- cozy raised ranch home large washer/dryer furnished basement.  You would share a large bathroom with one other person.  $565 Rent includes garbage pick-up, snow removal, water and cable/internet.  All your roommates would be in their mid-20s, they are quiet at night, a respectful, clean and mature group.   Avail Sept 1 -maybe sooner if needed.
