2 male transfer students looking for a place for Fall 2012 semester

Hey there. My friend and I are going to be transferring to New Paltz during the Fall 2012 semester and we were wondering if any rooms were available for that time. We would both like the place to be relatively close to the SUNY New Paltz campus and preferably for it be furnished with utilities. Of course, we are flexible with all of that and above all would just appreciate a place for the both of us to live.  My friend and I are flexible with cost as well, but we do have to have limits. We are both very studious and are excited to move up to the town.
