My room mate and I are studious girls and are looking for a third person to live in our apartment. The apartment consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and included washer and dryer. We will be living in the two bedrooms and are looking for someone to live in the large living room. It's a nice apartment and a seven minute walk from JFT.

Rent would be $410 including utilities.
No smoking or pets.
Looking for someone who isn't too noisy and likes to keep clean.
