Looking for a Place to Live Starting in August

Hi everyone! I am still looking for a place to live, and as some of you know the market is really rough at the moment. If there is a room available to rent, please let me know. If anyone needs a roommate in an apartment, also let me know. If you are not personally offering a room for rent, but know someone who is, I will also take the information. I am an incoming female graduate student at SUNY New Paltz, and I'm looking for a place to rent starting in August.  I am very clean, responsible, and independent, so I won't cause any trouble. I prefer to be in a house that is all-women, but I am open to co-ed. My ideal location is the area surrounding SUNY New Paltz. I do not smoke, but have no issue with housemates that do.
