Heyoo!

I'm looking for an inexpensive room, preferably walking distance or close to town.

The longer the lease the better (Now until next year)!

I'm 24 recent college graduate and teach elementary music about thirty minutes away!

I'm very responsible, clean, organized, and overall a really chill person!

Definitely wouldn't mind having roommates, male or female!

Not that this should matter, but I'm gay so ladies I won't be trying to hit on you and same to you dudes out there hahaha.
