Why rent an apartment when you can have a whole house?
« on: February 13, 2012, 03:07:48 PM »
Why rent an apartment when you can have a whole house?  This 3 bedroom New Paltz home is available for $640 each for 2 of the rooms and $670 for one large room.  All utilities included, except for heating . This house is very charming and not for those looking for a dorm like place to live.  It's an easy 4 minute drive to SUNY, so you will need a car. Lease is available from Aug 20th 2012 to May 20th 2013.  Includes: Internet, cable, electric, washer/dryer, snow plowing, trash removal, landscaping of a large yard, a fireplace, 3 decks and plenty of parking.  If interested, you can e-mail me at eveningcarpenter@aol.com

This sounds very enticing. I am a 27 year old male Junior who will be transferring this Fall. I do have a small hound mix. Are dogs permitted?
