Subletting Room - Summer Semester

I'm looking to sublet my room for the summer semester, I won't be needing it until the beginning of the fall semester. Rent is $750 per month, including utilities. The room is in a student house with four other housemates, and we share a bathroom and kitchen, the house is located right next to the college.
