Wonderfully large house with five bedrooms for a maximum of five students. $4100 for a group lease/average $820 per person, includes heat.  You will each have your own bedroom. There are four bathrooms, meaning three of you will have your own private bathroom, and two of you will share a bathroom.  It is a one-minute drive along Route 208 to campus.  Each student is required to have a car, as Route 208 is not walkable.  Please, no exceptions. 

The size of the house is unmatched.  Very large bedrooms, kitchens/living areas, washer and dryer, driveway parking for your five cars, on over 2 acres.  Sliding glass doors to the patio and huge yard.  All of this in a one-minute drive to campus.  Must see.  Heat is included in the rent, along with water, weekly trash and recycling pickups, lawn cutting, and snow plowing of the driveway, all included.  You would be responsible only for electricity and wifi, which are not included.  The major utility is, of course, heat, which is included in the $4100 rent.

Available for rent either after this current spring semester ends, i.e. starting May 15, 2025 or June 1, 2025 is also fine, through next year July 30, 2026.  OR -- it could be made available NOW, for spring semester, if you can form a group totaling five students now, each with a car, each with a willing parent or other adult guarantor.  Additionally, each student is required to have a guarantor (usually a parent, or other adult relative who is responsible for you, etc.), meaning an adult who agrees to accept and share with you legal responsibility for paying your rent each month.

A truly outstanding home, and we are looking for non-smoker students without pets.  The upper level has beautiful carpeting in the dining room and living room, and pets are absolutely not permitted.  Other rooms have hardwood floors.  Thanks, and we hope to hear from you as soon as you find four other qualified, interested students looking either for this coming summer 2025 through mid-2026, OR for this spring semester.
