Hello, I have a furnished room for rent available starting June 12th in a lovely home in Kerhonkson. Rental term can be anything between 2 months to 1 year. Rent is $850 per month for a single person, $1,000 for a couple. Includes all utilities, use of screened in porch with grill, lawn with fire-pit, indoor garage, washer and dryer. Share kitchen ( w/dishwasher) living room and bathroom with me, the owner (female musician from NYC, early'60's) who is OFTEN traveling. Your room is bright, 2 windows, a queen size bed, a large desk, closet, 2 tall shelves, dresser. AC can be installed for the summer though almost never necessary, it's  cool in the room during summer. No pets, no indoor smoking, must have great references. First month deposit required. Tenants are also living upstairs. Location is walkable to downtown Kerhonkson, great new restaurants and bar (Mill and Main, Flying Goose). 5 minute drive to Minnewaska State Park.  Contact me for current photos and more info!
