The townhouse is located on Orchard Heights, in the center of Downtown New Paltz. You will be 3 minutes away from Main Street, close to all the restaurants and Water Street Market. For SUNY New Paltz students, it's also 8 minutes walking distance to campus.

One of the rooms is available as of June 1st, and the second room is available to move in on July 1st.
Each room is available for rent at $1,200/month, with utilities included. The apartment has one and a half bathrooms, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. Parking spots are available on-site, and garbage and snow removal services are provided. Please note a 2-month security deposit is required.
