four bedroom for spring semester

I have a four bedroom, three bathroom large apartment for rent until the end of May. It's $2,900, including heat and electric. It's a house, with central air but there will be an accessory apt. attached. I really don't want to rent it by the room, but it's a short term, so I might consider if I don't either have a family or four friends. It's about a mile from town, washer/dryer, off street parking.
