URGENT - looking for roommate starting January!

Looking for one roommate to take a room in a 4-bed house for the spring semester!

The house is located right behind the lecture center/humanities parking lot and is a 5-minute walk to Main St, so there is no need for a car, however a parking spot will be available. Washer and dryer included, as well as a beautifully-remodeled bathroom completed in January 2023. All utilities are included in the price of rent. The room itself is large enough to comfortably fit a queen-sized bed, plus a dresser and a small desk. The room currently includes a full-sized bed, plastic drawers, dresser, fan, and two mirrors which will all be available, however you may bring your own furniture.
