The studio includes a full kitchen and can accommodate a bed, dresser, small table, and chairs. It also has full separate bathroom. The rent is $750 per month payable by the 5th day of the month. The first month's rent is the monthly $750 plus one month's security totaling $1,500. The $750 security will be refunded to the renter when they vacate provided that there are no damages to the apartment. Renters who do not pay the rent on time will be expected to vacate the apartment. Electricity and electric heat are the responsibility of the renter. It is a quiet neighborhood.
