 I have a large furnished room in my house that will be available January 1st, 2024 with a flexible lease. Together with the room you get a bathroom to share with one other female tenant. The rest of the house: kitchen, living room, etc. is common living space. There is free laundry available and basement for storage. There is also a big back yard area, off street parking and central air. The rent is $750 a month with ALL utilities included. There is cable, high-speed Internet, and snow and garbage removal. Bi-weekly housekeeper cleans kitchen, baths and common areas. The house is located three miles from campus, a five-minute drive. No pets and no smoking of any kind.
