A single room with hardwood floors in a beautiful brick house.
The available room is one of two in the 1st floor apartment. The cost of the room is $800. It is spacious, with high ceilings and two huge closets.
The large kitchen, beautiful living room and bathroom are shared with the people living in the other bedroom.

 This room was originally a double ($400 per person) but we are willing to rent it as a single for $800 if preferred. Utilities are about $40 a month. Internet is about $5 a month.
