There are two baths and a large kitchen with 2 refrigerators. The house is DIRECTLY ACROSS from the main quad.  There are 7 students living here.  They are very responsible.  The rooms are large, airy and clean.  You can walk to campus and village easily. We are looking for mature senior or grad student for the house. Serious, quiet, considerate tenant who will do their share to keep the house clean. This is not a party house.
A non-smoker house.  If this sounds like what you are looking for, I'm happy to show it to you, or send pictures.  This is a great group of tenants.  The rent is $775. for a large 12' x 16' room. ALL UTILITIES AND WIFI ARE INCLUDED. Lease is for 1 year starting June 1 2023.
