one room for rent w/ private bathroom

Hi!
One of my housemates is moving out and we need to fill her room from ASAP for January to May 2023. It's one room with its own private bathroom. Rent is $900 with utilities included + $16 a month for wifi. It comes with a bed frame, walk in closet and dresser. The room is in the basement, so it also comes with a dehumidifier. There are five other people living here, all upstairs. We all share a living area, washer dryer and kitchen. We are a one minute walk from campus and there is parking.
There are 3 girls and 2 boys here, all juniors and seniors.

Some fun add ons about the house: there's a phone booth and a theatre!
