Looking for someone to sublet from January to August. House is right outside town and less than a five minute drive from campus. $700 a month all utilities included. Includes private bathroom and private balcony space, large yard with fire pit. Four other roomates, all very nice and keep shared space clean. Room has two closets, and another storage closet in the bathroom. Comes furnished with bed, nightstand, and dresser.
